The Reef At Atlantis Hotel Nassau, Nassau

I had an amazing time at the Reef suite with my family. The property is stunning, especially the private beach area that’s perfect for families. However, we encountered some issues that detracted from the experience, such as poor service at the pool and high dining prices. Overall, while the location is wonderful and the rooms were spacious, the service left a lot to be desired.

Our stay at The Reef was a mixed bag; the spacious room with an amazing harbor view was a highlight, which made family time enjoyable. However, we encountered some service issues and unexpected charges that dampened the experience, along with a lack of proper amenities at times. Despite the great pools and warm ocean water, the overall value for the price paid felt off.

My stay at The Reef had its ups and downs. The beautiful beach and various pools were great for family fun, but the high food prices and poor service left much to be desired. I did appreciate the spacious room with a nice balcony, but the check-in process was a nightmare. It was also inconvenient to navigate the resort due to the lack of clear communication from staff about what was open and available during our stay.
